Information and support service

CANCERi at Grove House provides a confidential information and support service for anyone affected by, or concerned about cancer or other life-threatening illness.You may be a patient yourself, or you may be a relative, carer or friend of a patient.

What do we do?

We are MacmillanWe offer a warm friendly environment, giving you time and space to relax and share your concerns, ask questions and obtain up to date information.

Trained voluntary staff are available to offer information and support at any stage of your illness from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.

We can provide information on:

  • cancer, its treatments and side effects
  • other life-threatening illnesses
  • managing the impact of your illness and practical issues
  • benefits
  • support groups

We also provide further information on all Grove House services and can complete a referral form for you if required.

When are we open?

CANCERi is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
