Outpatient Clinics

The Outpatient Clinics provide you and your carers with the opportunity to see a Specialist Nurse or Doctor by appointment in an outpatient setting.

Nurse Clinic

An appointment can be made with the Specialist Nurse for :

• Clinical advice
• Symptom monitoring and management
• Ongoing support
• Signposting to other appropriate services

In a sensitive and relaxed environment, you will be offered an holistic assessment to identify your physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs.

Nurse Clinic service times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (last appointment 4pm).

Medical Clinic

By referral from a GP or Health Care Professional (e.g. Macmillan Nurse), an appointment can be made with the Specialist Palliative Care doctor from The Hopsice of St. Francis for :

• Clinical advice
• Symptom monitoring and management
• Advice on complex issues

The Medical Clinic is held on Wednesday mornings.
