Patient and carer involvement
To help us maintain our high standards of care, we are always interested to hear the views of our patients, their families, friends and carers. This helps us to know what we are doing well and where we may need to make changes. Patient and carer surveys and our User Group are the main ways we involve patients and carers.
Patient and carer surveys
These are sent out twice a year and ask for views about every aspect of Grove House.
You can view the results of the latest survey below. Alternatively, you can download a PDF of the survey.
You should see a video with the title 'Grove House Patient Survey 2010'. If you cannot see a video, you haven't got javascript enabled or no Flash player installed.
Grove House User Group
The Grove House User Group meets two to three times a year to review the results of our regular patient and carer surveys and to review changes to our leaflets and website. The meetings take place in the evening and last about an hour. Any existing or recent patient or carer can apply to join, subject to a maximum of eight members at any one time.
Our user involvement leaflet provides more details about the different ways that patients and carers can be involved.
If you are interested in joining, please contact Ally Powell on 01727 731000 or complete the application form (PDF).
Comments, compliments and complaints
It is always helpful to hear your views and comments about what is working well and welcome suggestions about how we could do things better. You can let us have your views of Grove House by contacting us.
If you have any cause for complaint please let us know either verbally or in writing. We will take your complaint seriously and investigate the matter promptly. All complaints are dealt with sympathetically and in complete confidence. Our comments, compliments and complaints leaflet provides full details.
