The Pepper paediatric nursing service offers specialist care to children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and their families. The successful applicant will have a good understanding and experience of working with children with palliative care needs. Community experience is desirable and you will have the ability to work confidently on your own whilst being a key team member. As a Hospice at Home service we operate a 24 hour on-call service whilst working in partnership with all relevant professionals involved with the child and family.
