The highly skilled caring team at Grove House provide an innovative form of specialist clinical support enabling the patient to live as full a life as possible from the time of diagnosis (or even pre-diagnosis) through to the end-stage of illness. Each person's needs are different at different points in their illness, so a member of the Grove House clinical team will asses all of the patient's needs and formulate a specific care plan which is agreed with the patient.
We also provide respite support, therapy and counselling to relieve the burden on the whole family and carers. Throughout the day hospice, in our group sessions, private appointments, home visits and hospice at home, our focus is on individually tailored care to give people exactly the care and comfort they need. Above all, Grove House is about 'valuing life'.
